All systems go!

Wednesday 25th October 2017

It's nearly upon us! This weekend we will transform Kendal Leisure Centre into a hive of wool related activities.

A record number of stalls have booked, coming from all over the UK and even one from Holland. Many are welcome returners, but equally many are new, so word is obviously spreading about our event.

In addition wool-based activities are provided by our demonstrators from Lancs and Lakes Guild of Weavers, Spinners and Dyers, Farfield Mill and Kendal Quakers Tapestry Museum.

You will know by now that we are asking for £1 each for adult visitors, in order to ensure our sustainability for the future. I am sure you will think it well worth such a modest entrance fee for what should be hours of entertainment.

Whatever you do, whether it is to browse, buy, learn, take part in the activities, or just have fun, please do enjoy!
